You must mention that you are with the TGA 2024 Annual Conference to receive the TGA special rates:

Lake Cottage with Loft - $429++

· All rooms will have a $25 resort fee added per night.

· (+$25 per person per night for over two-person occupancy (6+years and older)

Important Reservation Details

· The TGA rate is available (3) three days before and after the event, based on availability.

· Complimentary wireless internet in meeting space

· Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am - (when notified in advance, the hotel can store luggage pre/post check-in and out.)

· A refundable deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

· Any cancellations must be made 7 DAYS before arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit amount.

$26.00 per car for overnight guest

$18.00 per car per 8-hour

50thANNIVERSARY & SCHOLARSHIP LUNCHEON

Tuesday day, June 25, 2024 - The Association is hosting a 50th Anniversary Celebration and a Scholarship luncheon.

ASSOCIATES NIGHT

Tuesday evening, June 25, 2024 - The Associates are hosting a fun-filled night with dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions. Dress is Business Casual.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Monday, June 24, 2024 - Golf Tournament at Margaritaville Golf Resort includes cart, green fees, range-balls before tournament, and a box lunch. Shotgun starts at 11:00 AM sharp, scramble format. Spouses/guests are welcome to golf, so please sign up with TGA to play.  Golf registration cut-off date is Friday, June 7, 2024.

Paid registration must be received in the TGA office before Friday May 10, 2024.

TGA Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for TGA Conference must be in writing. Cancellations 30 days plus prior to conference: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee or full credit to TGA Account, expiring by year end. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to conference: Full credit to TGA account, expiring by year end.

Cancellations less than 15 days prior to conference: will not be refunded (Refunds and credits for special events: golf, tours, fishing, clay shooting, other programs, etc. will not be issued). Substitute (Employee) Attendee will be accepted for all events. Notify TGA office prior to first event date.
